For being a GUESS Shoe, shoe quality is great. In my opinion, it's sexy and comfortable, of course if you're used to walking on exceptionaly high heels. What I wasn't content on, was the fact that I paid with taxes and shipping over $100, and the product did not look 100% new, unused. Instead you can tell that the store where the shoe had come from, had used it as a demonstrator shoe and already had significant wear on ONE of the shoes...it had scratches to the back of the heel, and was wider than the unsed one. The reason I didn't return it was because I had searched all around for this shoe and it was not longer available in my size anywhere, so I looked past those issues, but if there would have been more shoes in my size, I would have definietly returned it. This is not the first time I have encountered this problem on Amazon. My husband has also purchased shoes and has had to return them for the very same reasons. Be careful. Analze the shoe very carefully as soon as you receive them.
